E-buzz
With E-buzz you can submit your order on the internet via our web site www.kars.eu. By means of recognizable links to, for example, products, addresses and orders you will find it easy to navigate the site. You do need to register first to receive your (ID) User Name and Password. E-buzz gives you direct access without problems and you can alter or even delete your order before you send it. Extra information regarding products is available in the background e.g. photographs. We also have a 'hot list' of your most ordered articles in our collection. Your previous orders appear as your order form to save you having to check back on previously ordered item numbers. When you have altered/filled in your order then it only takes a simple click and the order will be electronically sent to us.
Scanners
Using the Bar Code Scanner it is very easy to compile orders in the shop and then send onto Kars. Scan the article in the shop that you want to order - the scanner will give a signal in the event that the article has already been scanned. The scanner saves all the information until it is sent. You can therefore keep the scanner next to the cash register and directly scan the article that is required before you forget. You can also have to hand the Kars article numbers of the product. The scanner connects to your pc and with the necessary software (supplied with scanner) you can send your order very easily via the internet. As the articles come up on your computer you can also see if an article is in stock. The advantages of working with a bar code scanner: Research has shown that ordering with a scanner is extremely efficient and time saving. You need less time to order and it will prevent you from duplicating an item.
We provide bar code stickers that you can stick on the back of the product or onto the shelf or wall. In the event that you order an article for the first time the appropriate stickers will be sent to you automatically with your order.
Media Bank
Digital Kars pictures are now easily available for you to use! Kars believes that the digital world is building in importance and many retailers have their own web site or web shop. From today Kars are providing you with an extra service - The MediaBank Picture Bank. With this digital picture bank you now have access to photos of the complete Kars assortment which you can download, e-mail or burn onto a CD. By searching using the Kars article numbers/article groups or brand you can easily locate the right Kars product. You have the choice of jpeg quality for the internet or high resolution (300 dpi) for printing. It is very easy to assemble a small or large selection of photos. It is also possible to download the new article list monthly. If you want to join then contact us with your account number and name via e-mail order1@kars.nl - (include MediaBank in the subject box) and we will process your request as quickly as possible and send your password and a digital explanation on how to make use of the MediaBank.
Newsletter
This is sent to you every month and gives you details of new articles in stock, new products coming onto the market and gives tips for you to pass onto your customers on how to use the products.
Kars E-zine /Digi-News
We produce each month regular updates, in the form of a digital newsletter, for both our retail customers (E-zine) and consumers (Digi-News). They contain information about new products as well as providing hints and tips. The Digi-News is designed to create awareness, once informed and hopefully inspired craft consumers are directed to their local Kars stockist.
