Criteria
Criteria to become customer.
If the business is a retail outlet:
- It should operate from a business premises and be registered with the local authority.
- The exterior must look like a shop, with, for instance, a shop window;
- There have to be regular opening times and regular staff.
If the business is an internet store, then:
- At least 1,000 craft products should be available on the site;
- The site should feature images and descriptions of the products;
- No lists but proper presentations of articles in combination with illustrations/photos;
- No discounts, no more than 15% off the recommended prices.
- Minimum order amount of ₤ 175 / 250 Euro;
- Minimum purchase per year of ₤ 1750 / 2500 Euro;
- Startorder amount of ₤ 700 / 1000 Euro;
- No sale from house.
